Prof. Dr. Björn Brücher was elected to the Board of Trustees of the David Ben-Gurion Foundation Germany
Professor Dr Björn Brücher, Head of the Visceral Oncology Centre at the Carl-Thiem-Klinikum in Cottbus, member of EASA, Class II, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the David Ben-Gurion Foundation Germany. The non-partisan and non-denominational David Ben-Gurion Foundation was established in 2008 with the aim of promoting international understanding and fostering mutual cultural and scientific exchange between Germany and Israel in the spirit of the first Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion.
Together with Chairman Felix Husmann, the concept for a student exchange programme with the Theodor Billroth Academy / The Billroth Lectures (EASA, The Billroth Academy with INCORE & Berliner Wissenschaftlichen Gesellschaft (BWG)) and its scientific consortium for excellence in research, INCORE has already been developed.
